Can I download my MP3 or MP4 to my smartphone or tablet?
You can download MP3 and MP4 files to Android phones and tablets, but unfortunately, you cannot directly download your MP3 or MP4 to some (older) iPhone and iPad devices. You must download your MP3 or MP4 file onto a computer and then use iTunes to sync it to your iPad/iPhone. Here's how to do it:
On a computer, click on the "Download" button on the confirmation page or on the receipt to download the MP3/MP4 file onto the computer
Import the file into the iTunes library
Connect the iPad/iPhone to the computer and launch iTunes so that you can see the file that you wish to sync to the iPad/iPhone
Click on the checkbox for that file and then allow it to sync. This moves the file onto the iPad/iPhone.
